Hi to all masters,
I got a question. Should an employee left a company with 1 month notice + 1 month buy-out cheque (from his/her new employee). He will still be entitle for the 1 month notice salary which he served right? Is there anything that can be done should the old company did not payout the salary even though the 1 month notice has been served and the buy-out cheque has been bank in to them?
