Just heard from my friend that the unfi contractors came to install for his apartment. took 1/2 day and in the end found that that the unifi connection is not connected to the MDF room they have to come another day.

is anybody at persiaran meranti (bandar sri damansara) area got service problem from last night?

with me, my friend and mamak store in front of my apartment, that make 3 subscribers who can't use their unifi since last night.

Tm said my place no "INFRA" so they only can install unifi at my place after 29/2,

What is infra any idea?

Any news from TM about the recent packet loss, timeouts, etc?

that unifail slow speed is cable problems
and that this is not malaysia fault
bt as last time screamyx customer service told me
its overseas problems
looks like this is the end of unifail again
now lets all call n complain about our problems with unifail

I always receive laar before this.. before i moved to new house, every month ada je mail on bill for unifi. If they change method like telling us to go online wth shit all, they never put up notice. how many times already go to their place, never mention anything about go green online payment wtever..

well, does anyone know how to pay online? like please do share a direct link or at least closest link to get to payment site.

You should have your account here and setup so that they email the bill to your email account every month. You can also pay in that website but I have no idea about signing up for an account in that website because I got my account and password from a Email sent to me by TM before the installation. Besides that, if you have your account number(for unifi), you can also pay online through ebanking like Maybank2U and PublicEbanking. I use public bank.
