last week(26/12) i applied unifi online. then i din receive any confirmation, until just now i check mailbox and got a mail from unifi (at 31/12) like tis:


question here
1. so tats it? i just wait till 10 Jan(my booked date)?
2. the order number is wat? i have to call TM? because i din receive newer mail/sms/call than the 1 i post.
3. if wiring above ceiling count as non-standard installation? whats the price? the price chart inside non-standard installation image confusing me!

Usually when TM will call? i apply at 25 Dec until now =_= is it normal tat haven't receive call? my appointment date is 10 Jan.

cracking wifi take a lot of time and mostly our adapter cant support the cracking method.

boring nah 3.30pm still waiting for the contractor/technician to come for installation.
(my appointment is 2.30 - 7.30..duno whether they can done in time or not)

ps. already call TM to check my status said contractor already out.

landed. will take how long? duno when they will come :/

just made 2nd call to TM again.. wat they tell me they can do is only contact with processing team something like tat :/
already 4pm now..if they not going to come, i'm going out la..
but they cant confirm or give the contractor number to me. so nth i can do but just wait i guess.

finally just got call from technician i should be happy huh. at least they din ffk me.

btw. Yesterday just installed unifi speedtest and Download speed good~ getting the speed it should be.
But duno why play Facebook tetris game very lag.. Maybe is the undersea cable problem u all talking about?
Then the IPTV the technician no active it. Because my TV too far from the modem.. Isit ok?

What is cat5 cable?
U mean the hypptv? The technician say i can active myself. Haha i must active it asap? Or can i just leave it there? Lazy move my TV.
