is anybody at persiaran meranti (bandar sri damansara) area got service problem from last night?

with me, my friend and mamak store in front of my apartment, that make 3 subscribers who can't use their unifi since last night.

hi is anyone now whether it's safe or no to turn off TR-069 on VDSL2+ BTU

we talking about BTU here right? not TR-069 in router...?

btw, so even if i delete the ptm1.209 config on the WAN config, will i still be able to connect to internet?

i'm not using the phone anyway, hehehe

on normal situation, is the ptm1.209 (the WAN connection of TR-069 on BTU) connected or disconnected?

my connection went down since sunday midnight, the BTU still show i connected to internet, but my router can't make a PPoE connected..

when i check the BTU status iniside, i see all ptm1.400 , ptm1.404 is connected to internet and got their own ip. except for the ptm1.209 that the status keep say "connecting"

so, can anybody here that have access to their BTU see, is the ptm1.209 supposed to be connected also or is it normal for the status to keep trying to connect like that.

i wondering what actually my problem. no problem with account, no problem with modem and no problem with router. only the PPoE can't login...

i can login using the account at my fren house though.

anybody here know how to set up the static ip for unifibiz user?

last time the guy that install my unifi didn't set up the static ip (which is actually privillege for biz user) and leave my connection just like home user, so i also got dynamic ip. =.=

why i want to use static?

because i want to access my router remotely from home, so i can turn off the wifi at night when nobody use it at office.
