Lol bet you never climb up this topic before, so now let me tell you.

My first owned mechanical keyboard were Filco Majestouch AI-1 Blue (about RM500 + 104 blank key set), the one with gold emblem (now all comes with grey Filco emblem which sucks), but sadly the alt key decide to fails on me after 3-4 months of usage, so i send it back for warranty, it cost me RM200 to send them, i don't mind.

Then after that Edifier announced they will bring in the Filco Majestouch AI-2 Blue (grey Filco), i pre-ordered it, and cost me another RM400+.

Yesterday i just ordered 104 orange blank keys set from wasdkeyboards.com, price about RM230, so you do the calculations. tongue.gif

Once you've touched it, you will never turn back and will even grind deeper to it, sadly i'm not fancies of those Darth Vader (or any other logo) double shot keycaps, and its hard to source for 104 blank keys double shot keycaps, if they are exist, i will go for them for sure.
*
Hmm, why do you ever want a doubleshots blank keys?!!??! rclxub.gif For the sake of thicker keycaps? hmm.gif

Doubleshot Blank Keycaps are not existed seriously, and you seriously wanted to wait for good quality keycaps, please wait for Devlin to reply me.

btw, anyone interested in some Cables that some of the OTDmania korean modder uses?
http://www.lindy.co.uk/1m-usb-2-cable-type...rent/31684.html
I don't know if they will available in locally or not, i'm finding still.

They do not provides you any kind of beneficial on performance. But i do prefer a better quality cable for daily use and swapping keyboards for testing purpose.

One of the few main reasons are if you're using laptop, or always plug/unplug USB cable, or just swapping keyboards in a routine.
cable heads are always exposed to sweats which is one of the main reason it rusted and reusing it will just cause damage to the the female plug which is your mobo usb female plug.

But the main point of this are... "I WANT TO HAVE WHAT THE KOREANS HAVE!" cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

I found Taiwan PCHome sells them.
http://www.pcstore.com.tw/lindyasia/M07174627.htm 10 Years of Warranty!?
http://www.pcstore.com.tw/lindyasia/M07335305.htm 25 Years of Warranty!? WTF!?

Anyway, the normal cost RM10~15 while the premium cable cost RM25~35.

but sadly, it seems like it doesn't ship out from Taiwan. Anyone has any relative in Taiwan that are coming back to Malaysia for tumpang buy some cables?
I do have a friend in taiwan that i can call him tumpang, but he's only coming back at January. wanna make a big tumpang? brows.gif brows.gif brows.gif

Additional Info : For you guys that notice, some Korean has their own self modded custom USB cable. You need to register a ID to view it. Below are the link, He's planning to produce some quantities and sells to korean, i have a bad feeling it won't be cheap thou.

yeah, i do know that they are available everywhere, there are even available in taiping local computer shop for RM10.

it's just that, i don't want to deal with rusted plug, since my place is quite humid, a lot of my stuff that rusted in very fast rate. few of my chapayam cable and 3.5mm audio jack also rusted doh.gif doh.gif .

i do keep in mind to have a dry cloth stand by to wipe them after using, but still rust too, hate chap-ayam quality, the quality they provided are too random, sometimes decent enough to surprise you, sometimes crap enough to make you swear.

I think to resist rusts, only way would be gold plated USB connectors, even though it doesnt boost connection speed/ quality, reduce lag/polling rate etc. etc., at least one thing is true, it can resist rusts.... nod.gif

Get a chapalang(or more famous brand like Logi/MS) wireless keyboard and steal their wireless adapter and processing unit.
You should be able to find a more detailed example in GH.

Yar, the best way to get a wireless mech keyboard is self built one. Getting processing unit and adapter from other board is the easier and better way to go. The remaining part is some wiring and mapping of matrix.
