160 grams of protein in meat isn't a small chunk of meat. Which is why I think you may be overestimating protein content in food.

Dude, my meals consist of 160g of chicken breast per meal. Or beef. As such. For every 200g of chicken breast, is around 50g of protein. I already mentioned 160g of lean protein.

160g of protein absorbed is almost 1kg I think. Even if I'm a pro cycling heavily , I'm gonna be a fat boy of I eat that much each meal

50g of protein is quite a lot of protein each meal. you have less room for fat and carb. Personally i take about 1.8-2.3g of protein per kg of bodyweight. Sometime 1.5-1.8g of protein per kg of bodyweight. Its because protein is quite expensive yawn.gif for me

/facepalm you guys. whats with the long protein discussion?

when razor says hes consuming 160g of protein pretty much understood its the total weight of the MEAT hes consuming in the meal la. whos gonna eat 160g of pure protein per serving?

hi adix. what they said.

edit: but then again razor would have easily used lean meat instead of lean protein and saved everyone alot of confusion lol

1. I'm not sure about the 5/3/1 programme so I can't say anything.
2. Look for it in rock climbing/extreme sports stores.
3. We're just chillin', waiting for some bench videos
