Guys, currently I'm in gain weight progress.

Here is my calories intake.

Breakfast - BSN truemass 1.5 scoops.(350 calories)

Noon - Normal lunch(500 - 800 calories)

Before workout - BSN Truemass 1.5 scoops (350 calories)

Dinner - Normal dinner ( 500 - 800)

Before sleep - BSN Truemass 1.5 scoop + egg ( 400 calories )


Total is only around 2400 calories. I can't take any much of mass gain powder because it make me wanna vomit after drink it. very unconformable. sad.gif

Add on about 500 calories to that figure and that's more or less what you'd need to gain weight. You can snack on things like dried fruits and nuts to get extra cals.
