Here is my calories intake.
Breakfast - BSN truemass 1.5 scoops.(350 calories)
Noon - Normal lunch(500 - 800 calories)
Before workout - BSN Truemass 1.5 scoops (350 calories)
Dinner - Normal dinner ( 500 - 800)
Before sleep - BSN Truemass 1.5 scoop + egg ( 400 calories )
Total is only around 2400 calories. I can't take any much of mass gain powder because it make me wanna vomit after drink it. very unconformable.
