I am cancel block b level 5 but didn't change to block A. Need pay 1% charges for cancel. Y you are mention MRR2 connect to maluri concern ?

I believe those who affordable might not mind to paid for higher prices as for low density if the management is really doing well. Just wonder how's the night scenery facing KLCC will be? holding a glass of red wine, enjoy viewing of fire work at the high level. hmm.gif

Bayu is nearby Kl and agree suitable for those work at kl without car as well. Hope the construction will work with good quality

went to site today.... still c-ing some customer checking out the block A sales.... and above all, some good progress on the groundwork,.... seeing drill and tonnes of stone for foundation... hmmm gud gud

Of course more development will come to pandan area. The new highway access to tun razak, to cochrane, and IKEA 2nd branch in malaysia will be sited in cochrane 2013.... too good to be true yeah

This afternoon went to sales office, find out still got 27 units available. Mainly on lower floor like 3 & 3A, and higher floor like 13 &13A. Left 1 or 2 units at the middle floor.

drop by sunway velocity showroom.. gosh 900+ sqft still manyak available.... selling 1000-1200rm per sqft... min 900+K per unit... though with 5% discount.. What a madness of price......
They claim. velocity is KL city area not Cheras...

but development is stuck between the mall and office block... meaning residential suite will be ready while left and right is building..... FULL of dust................. i thing BAYU is STILL a good choice afterall being lowdense and no further surrounding developement interference..

I heard this saturday 24th March, there is a family event from 10am-5pm is held at the actual site. Does anyone know what is tat???
