show unit is at No. 7, Jalan Robson. On the way to Tean Hou temple. i went there yesterday, tower B still got about 60% left.

I think names in the list of "Pembangun projek perumahan tergendala" have more impact, the list about not paying compound I think should be alright.

Planning to book for tower B.
Just wondering, tower A launched 2 months ago and until now nobody sign S&P yet.

Called the kementerian just now, they say is a fine for not mentioning the leasehold tenor in the ads/brochure. Not big deal.
But mentioned that BHL just got the license in Oct 2011, and no record (registration at kementerian) for Palace Court project yet, will double check and call me back. Wow, friendly and attentive, good job kementerian. rclxms.gif

Good job to Kementerian...but better job to you darren for taking the trouble to check out the info.
Thanks for sharing that with everyone here.
The sales of tower B is a bit slow, i think the market sentiment is really bad now.
Am waiting for more discount from the developer... rclxms.gif

If a developer got bad name due to whatever, the people can always register a new name and become a new developer right ?

As long as USJ One Park is on track.. we can be reliefed a bit lor.. nonetheless this is their 2nd project, I hope they will try to make this as a benchmark for their future developments..

Yes, it's true that developer can always change to new name.
But with the advent of IT and sharing esp @LYN, we can always have the chance to track them down.
I come to know that Trinity Corp = Old Talam --> avoid at all cost.
Then yesterday just read the Arc@Cyberjaya thread, came to know that Meda Bhd = Andaman --> act with caution.
Of course, end of the day, we still need to do verification and dig for more info with various parties.

Made a call to BHL Construction Executive Chairman Datuk Lim to complain about the admin staff known as Ms.Ong and marketing staff known as Terence Tea.

Ms.Ong - no manners and rude when handling customer call

Terence Tea - lack of responsibility and profesionalism, I never get my official receipt till now from the moment i paid the booking fees as Terence been telling me he will pass to me and I wait till dont know when.
During the refunding period, he just dont follow up nor update me as much as when I was about to pay booking fees.

These 2 are good in pushing responsibility to each other which made up a bad management by BHL Constrution imo.

Do update us on the responce fr top management..
This morning received call fr BHL's lawyer (michael chen & Co-jayaone) to get copy of ic to prepare the SPA. Still awaiting reply fr MBSB since other banks offer 70% due to 3rd housing loan.
Did anyone secure only 70% loan, but then pay them based on developer's progressive claim. If not, i will need to check with BHL.

Give a call to Ganesh and he asked me to call him back tomorow as probably my MYR5k cheque will be ready by tomorow.

As the chairman words, he said he will look into it as he was surprised with my complaint on the staff.

Further update will be in tomorow

I am interested on this project, but not that much of confidence with BHL as they are considered "quite new" to me.

Location wise, it looks ok from map, but i am yet to visit the actual site. my worries is congested traffic, and security surrounding. some says there is only 1 in and out access, and passing through all the low cost and run down shoplots. is this true?

Btw, is Palace court their 1st high rise project? im more concern on the safety and workmanship thingy... not so familiar with BHL, any1 has any idea?

Hi all, if i not mistake, BHL is a main con before they become developer. As i heard from some of my friend who heard BHL before, they said they doing good as a main con. So i personally think that they wont spoil their name once become developer cause USJ one park is their first project and Palace Court is their 2nd project as developer. From business point of view, i believe that they will invest on this two project to build up their brand name.
