show unit is at No. 7, Jalan Robson. On the way to Tean Hou temple. i went there yesterday, tower B still got about 60% left.

Planning to book for tower B.
Just wondering, tower A launched 2 months ago and until now nobody sign S&P yet.

Called the kementerian just now, they say is a fine for not mentioning the leasehold tenor in the ads/brochure. Not big deal.
But mentioned that BHL just got the license in Oct 2011, and no record (registration at kementerian) for Palace Court project yet, will double check and call me back. Wow, friendly and attentive, good job kementerian.

Did they specify in S&P that they will renew the lease tenure to 99 years as promised by sales staff?
