Anyone booked the Palace Court @ Kuchai Lama? Just booked mine earlier @ BHL's office during their special preview:

Tenure: Leasehold, and the lease will be renewed back to 99-lease-year.

Further details from developer:

1. This shop lot has been acquired by new developer which also owns the empty land behind it.

4. BHL is also in talks with neighboring developer to link the existing road from Jalan Kuchai Maju 9 to Palace Court as an alternative route. But nothing firm yet.

18th Nov 2011:
1. Tower B to be launched on 23rd Nov 2011
2. Tower price starts from RM440 p sq ft for 936sqft units

30th Nov 2011:
1. Official launching will happen on 3rd and 4th December (this weekend)
2. They're rushing for the show unit to be completed by then
3. S&P signing will start around 2 weeks from now
4. There are tentative plans to hold an event for S&P signing (perhaps with lucky draws and stuff) - TBC
5. The new detailed brochure in currently being printed
6. Tower A is 90% sold while Tower B is 10% sold

2nd Dec 2011:
1. HLB DIBS confirmed

yeap. It will be worst when Arte opposite Dynasty is up as well. Good thing is Palace Court diverted its entrance to the other side away from the dead end road of Dynasty and Arte to reduce the congestion.

It's opposite Robson Heights seafood restaurant. Address: No 7, Jalan Robson, KL. Right next to federal highway. You can refer to the special invite I posted in the first post. Not too hard to find..

Nope. To avoid congestion and parking problems. they diverted the entrance to the top left corner of the site (refer to the google maps in the first post). However, there will be a walk way next to Dynasty Garden (for humans only) connecting Palace Court to Kuchai Entrepeneurs Park.
