so far only get a call from KFH and HSBC
KFH reject my application while HSBC banker, Agnes of Taipan branch is a banker that not on time and dont even know to respect client time. Appointment at 5pm, then only tell me she just started her journey when i give her a call on 5pm.
I am thinking to cancel my booking soon as property fair is just around the corner, more choices btw.
This is the 1st time i met such a terrible banker in my life and yet the admin of this property project could recommend such banker to me.
Previously when i book Icon City by Mah Seng, all their banker are better way and more professional than the banker sent by BHL Contruction so far.

not blaming BHL for banker fault, just wonder why do they recommend such lousy banker instead :S

By the time I am interested in purchasing the unit, the staff treat me in a super friendly attitude and when I can't get 90% loan and asking for refunding, they treat me like "Who give you a damn"
Beware to all of you that can't get 90% loan, as you guys gonna have hard time getting back the refund of 5k.
I call the company and they pass me to admin, customer service and account yet can't work it out as they said will give me a call back however in the end nobody call to give me any update.
I found out that no matter how worst your case is, you still able to get any loan approve by the bank just not by 90% which I was told by the marketing department of BHL Construction that I could get back my refund if my loan get rejected. A banker informed me that bank will never reject but only loan out a little bit, which make me think as the marketing department of BHL Constrution is tricking people into buying it without knowing the consequences.

Well after continuously call their office number and argue with them, from Terence Tea, customer service, marketing department and account department, a person call Ganesh answer me and asking me to call back on Tuesday afternoon. It seem like I could get a full refund or worse to worst, I just have to let everyone in Malaysia know about the bad name of BHL.
Before i proceed into the booking fee, Terence did said I could get refund if I can't get 90% loan approved. As I take the precaution step as I was informed that I could only apply for loan after I paid the booking fee.
The staff that answered my call is really like a "leftover" hired by BHL as they dont even know what's customer service. Pass me from 1 department to another department yet can't give me an answer.
Totally different than Mah Sing which i get refund on Icon City as I reject the loan after it's approved yet they refund me.

Made a call to BHL Construction Executive Chairman Datuk Lim to complain about the admin staff known as Ms.Ong and marketing staff known as Terence Tea.
Ms.Ong - no manners and rude when handling customer call
Terence Tea - lack of responsibility and profesionalism, I never get my official receipt till now from the moment i paid the booking fees as Terence been telling me he will pass to me and I wait till dont know when. During the refunding period, he just dont follow up nor update me as much as when I was about to pay booking fees.
These 2 are good in pushing responsibility to each other which made up a bad management by BHL Constrution imo.

Give a call to Ganesh and he asked me to call him back tomorow as probably my MYR5k cheque will be ready by tomorow.
As the chairman words, he said he will look into it as he was surprised with my complaint on the staff.

In the afternoon time, I made a call to BHL and the account department clerk mention my refund cheque is ready.
From what I see in my whole experience 1st time dealing with BHL, the management is a "No Good". Even for a refund cheque update, I've to talk and complain to the Executive Chairman Datuk Lim just for the refund. The customer service side can't do much nor answer anything.
Terence Tea is only put a warm welcome face when you are interested to buy and put on a cold shoulder after you decided to cancel the booking.
The management always push the responsibility around and a lot of "middleman" involved. Lack of responsibility and update from the BHL Construction side.
Regreted to pay the booking fee after approach by Terence Tea. He said he will pass the official receipt to me and up to 1 month yet I dont receive anything from him.
I guess thats all what I want to share.

well, the thing about the staff is they are being rude and totally cant talk for good.
Added on December 21, 2011, 11:42 pmI always confirm with the developer side about the cancellation of the booking before i made any payment and I only agree to pay after I know the T&C for the booking cancellation.
However I still havent receive my money in my hand yet. Just hope I could get my refund back smoothly.
