bought one yesterday, 936sf@rm393k. package c/w 5% discount, free snp & disbursement, DIBS, maintenance + sinking ard Rm0.22 psf.

Free 2 indoor parking lots as well. Hope that is a good investment.

they are having booth at midvalley 3rd floor property fair.. 1st booth on the left hand side. They are not having any AP yet, izzit allow to sell?

Just back fr midvalley property fair.. 936sf left only one at low floor.
Clarified some doubt like left hand side entry near to Guard house will be opened for emergency. Pedestrian/Motor land towards Jalan Kuchai Maju 9.

As what they told me, name writen in booking form is not allow to change to another buyer even though is your wife/husband. They will cancel it and charge for admin fee ard RM500-1000 and release to public again. This is to prevent flip flop guy. Pls correct me if info is incorrect.
Personally i think is good for genuine buyer.

Mbsb offered blr-1% but they are directly under ministry of finance. So for those got 2 loans n above still can secure loan up to 90%. Lock in 5yrs. Penalty 3.5% on outstanding loan. But..but, the docs needed more than commercial bank.. Met up with banker less than 5mins just to pass her docs. Maybe she is more inrested in big clients.

This morning received call fr BHL's lawyer (michael chen & Co-jayaone) to get copy of ic to prepare the SPA. Still awaiting reply fr MBSB since other banks offer 70% due to 3rd housing loan.
Did anyone secure only 70% loan, but then pay them based on developer's progressive claim. If not, i will need to check with BHL.

Added on December 21, 2011, 11:42 pmI always confirm with the developer side about the cancellation of the booking before i made any payment and I only agree to pay after I know the T&C for the booking cancellation.

However I still havent receive my money in my hand yet. Just hope I could get my refund back smoothly.
