Excellent location as it is just 10km away from KL City Centre. Basic amenities like food joints, banks, petrol kiosks, clinics are just around the corner! Competitive price tag and the only setback is the area is over crowded.

yeap. It will be worst when Arte opposite Dynasty is up as well. Good thing is Palace Court diverted its entrance to the other side away from the dead end road of Dynasty and Arte to reduce the congestion.

It's opposite Robson Heights seafood restaurant. Address: No 7, Jalan Robson, KL. Right next to federal highway. You can refer to the special invite I posted in the first post. Not too hard to find..

I went and was very interested. But still considering la, want to see how the UOA Condo in Sri Petaling turns out to be first. Any thoughts on comparing these two?

Went there just now, is like pasar malam.... 934sf unit all sapued only left those lower unit.
i still comparing with uoa , however, my frens sapued 2 biji there ( other frens sapued 10 biji all for investment )
