We all know electronic stuff sometimes are very subjective. Like my N9 works great but some face problem. Your such case is like 1 out of 100,000 i think.

how about charging LED indicator???? i think im not the only one have the problem with it. mine is 16gb black. anyone with 16gb black have function LED while charging?

Your problem looks like corrupted firmware problem. Nokia Care centre will flash back the firmware for you. If the problem persist then you can demand a replacement. There is no need to blame Nokia because out of hundreds of thousands of phones some defects will slip through. That's why they have warranty and service centres. |

A hard reset just re-install the os from files stored in the phone. If the files are corrupted it may not work or in some cases may fail to boot. Best to use NSU to upgrade to 1.1 which replace the full os files. If it doesn't work then hardware problem suspected.
