updated to PR1.1 with NSU..
funny, the NSU says update fails, but after restarting, PR1.1 is there..  rclxms.gif

1 question though, i tried enabling swype, but it doesn't seem to be working while typing SMS or notes...

anyone having the same problem?

Hi there, yeah same here after restarting PR1.1 is there is working beautifully!

For the swype to work you need to go to your keyboard, hold it and swipe to the left to activate SWYPE. Haha it took me a while to figure out.

Try it, it should work.

Cheers.

I just want to say that I just love my Nokia N9, even more after updating to PR1.1

Even my colleagues who owns Iphone 4 are impressed with it.

Cheers... rclxms.gif

Yeah and after 2.0 they've included the talking program similar to iPhone 4s siri.

Guys, I found this tool which was on my wish list;

<<Removed>>

Now we can all transfer files conveniently between our n9 and our PC easy and simple way - via WIFI.

Cheers all and happy new year.

Is it an old simcard? if yes take a rubber to rub the pin area or switch the same card.

If all fails it could be something wrong with the simcard compartment (to NCC)

I had this issue before with our digi simcard, apparently the positioning of the contact points for digi micro sim cards are not aligned so well which is why you get the issue of unable to connect to network.

But I have a solution for you, go back to digi - ask to change to a normal sim card (non-micro) then ask any mobile shops to "cut" for you into micro-sim size.

Slide it in your n9 and you wont have this problem again.

Cheers and hope it helps.
