That's what i thought.. will let it rented out at that rate for the first year or so untill we have better occupancy in Phase 1. My unit also quite high slope. My neighbour take his own initiative to lay down extra layer of tarmac...his said no more scrubbing now

overall is ok. ..yet to check the defects
