But there are still plenty of empty houses..
Later become like Bkt Beruntung then gone case cry.gif

Is it MRT station only no train one?

i think the SA meant BRT in BTP, not MRT.

BRT is Bus Rapid Transit. NOTHING to do with MRT.

I don't think government will plan MRT in rawang because this is definitely big investment. At the moment, government only focus on bandar Malaysia(1 Malaysia city).

Unless "The Two" already launch / build. we need to wait for another 5- 10 years.

Meanwhile, I think this is a wrong direction/decision for mahsing to build the Condominium in M-residence. For buyers, they only will buy condo if the transportation is convenient. M-residence does not have MRT and it's far away from City.

In my opinion, This is definitely a failed project. I just wondering why Mahsing change plan ? should Mahsing inform our buyers and let us to vote ?

Still no Unifi and Streamyx i think..

Occupancy rate seems improving but very slow..

Many owners start doing their renovation after chinese new year, more and more people moving in now..for subsale people priority still prefer Emerald West and Anggun area..

What is the reason MahSing wants to replace the Shoplex with Condominium?
Residence from the condominium will have access to the facilities in Club house?

I think because commercial activities in that area is not encouraging. The commercial activities for this side of Rawang (Emerald/Anggun) will focus at AEON area, while BTP already have its own commercial centre. So not many would go further 2km-5km up towards jungle/forest area for necessities and leisures.

condo to cater for ppl that dun required the built up of a teras house but wish to stay in an established area.

ideally yes condo should be located in public transport area...but many condos in klang valley also not in the same boat.

even condo launched in semenyih also sapued lah
