PH3 yet to have electric and water supply

Went to the sales office this Wednesday..

1. According to the SA Shoplex will be replaced by condominium..

2. The low cost apartment will be outside from the Mresidence area..

3. Phase 4 will be VP somewhere ard May then can start build up those guard house

4. Those Shoplots also will be VP ard May

5. Hypermarket plan still unsure whether proceed anot

6. In future there may have a MRT station at BTP

They didnt mention abt it..

Still no Unifi and Streamyx i think..

Occupancy rate seems improving but very slow..

Means phase 1 18x70 intermediate unit price is up to 550k now?
