noticed quite a number of ppls moved in into their new house (phase1), wondering their house do not have defects at all? or they don't bother?

In my case.
Im doing reno and spotted defect along the way of renovation.

My backyard drainhole clogged and i made a report on 17 Nov. Week later they [Mah Sing contractor] came and inspect and they manage to fix everything in 2 days.

They even hand out registered letter via PosLaju to notice me the completion of defect.
Now, theyre doing the road widening after the traffic light entrance and more to come at the clubhouse area.
I overheard conversation between Mah Sing's staff and a contractor that they need to widen the road & fix a staircase , complying with the BOMBA [KPKT] guideline before the clubhouse being certified with CF.

My house had minor defect. Mostly minor cosmetic issue.
Ahhh... check your fan hook in every room. The one in my master bedroom is kaput. Its wobbly and they need to fix it.

The contractor rectified my defects (major + minor) using 2 month+ time, i have moved in and still some minor defects spotted here and there.

Some serious problem only happen after moved in, for example, sudden water pressure spike happen last sunday and one of the pipe burst above the ceiling at rooftop. The HDPE pipe that channel the main water supplies was not tighten during the construction.

Those leakage problem? How they solve it? Simply just repaint it?

it is a major defect and a lot of works need to be done, almost whole toilet to rebuild because need to re-apply the 'glue'

I think market needs lot of time to dissolve all these supply...

So all phase 2 already Vped?
