Just came back from MS office in Rawang. Booked a unit of 18x70. Left only around 60 unit or so. People start queing at 6am. I think overall for M Residence they have sold for today only around 70%. The sales people there confident sold everthing by this weekend. Fingers crossed that it will be my good investment.

This was taken on Friday at 7.00 pm when i was there doing my booking.

No showhouse unit yet at the moment. Me also eager to see the showhouse but have to settle with this.

MBB already approved my loan with BLR-2.35. Now waiting for CIMB and HLB.

Anybody have contact for Standard Chatered loan? Need to try my luck with them pulak.

Do you mind telling me what voucher is that? I signed my spa last Wed but donno anything about voucher..

The letter says the RM500 shopping voucher is subject to fulfillment of execution of SnP, settlement of 10%, obtain the verification from spa solicitor upon fulfilment on the above and upon verification of the lawyer, then only you are entitle for the voucher. U need to do some work first, not automatically given by Semai Meranti.

Does that mean FH status in MR will fetch better cap appeciation compared to BRDB because buyers will peceived it as more value-for-money in future? Just curious.

Bukit Lanjan after the Restoran Jejantas there always jam in the morning because of the slope towards Kota Damansara. Worst if got lorry rosak.

I lived my whole life in Rawang. LakeClub location is after Rawang town near to Sg Choh area. The only way in and out to city center is to bypass Rawang town. Another alternative route is via Bukit Beruntung interchange but thats too far away. Try to drive in and out during rush hour Oh, and if they say its 5 mins walking and 10 minutes driving to KTM Komuter station, i suggest you go and have a look yourself.

Can you define 'too far'? HongBee Land, Guocoland, Glomac, MahSing, LowYat Group, Tan&Tan, WCT, BRDB all place their project near AEON Rawang..these are not 'chap ayam' developers. They must have seen the future value of this place that we can only imagine. My 2 cents worth only.
