submitted defects form yesterday..
spoken to the staff, was told mah sing decided not to build the shoplex...they plan to build shop lot or LOW COST APARTMENT...waiting for govt approval i hope the low cost apt does not make it |

Cukai taksiran aka Cukai Pintu is a yearly based assesment tax that need to be paid to the local municiple.
Surat ini ialah notis pemberitahuan nilaian taksiran hartanah anda. Normally .. they will send another notice/bill of the real amount that u need to pay to MPS on the month of July. This letter is only a statement of the assesment value of ur house. TLDR : Surat Pemberitahuan Cukai Pintu.Keep for self record. Source : MPS Officer [phone coversation] |

Went to the sales office this Wednesday..
1. According to the SA Shoplex will be replaced by condominium.. 2. The low cost apartment will be outside from the Mresidence area.. 3. Phase 4 will be VP somewhere ard May then can start build up those guard house 4. Those Shoplots also will be VP ard May 5. Hypermarket plan still unsure whether proceed anot 6.
