MR1 Phase 1 Jalan 1/14 VP without electricity supply - I've been told it was due to issues with TNB. unit
is not in a state fit to be occupied at all (is this considered as VP condition?). Anyone can advise? cry.gif

haha... no la. looking at few projects. but most important is, the Rental yield for M Residence only around 2.5% - 4% only. So, instead of renting out, better sell lo. hehe.

U can ask them to show u the CCC supporting letter from tnb.
If the date is before the VP date then no issue. If not then we can ask for more LAD.

Hi everyone, what is the current market valu for m residence phase 1 intermediate, endlot(near park) and corner unit?
And if planning to sell high, how to go about selling now that got rpgt?? For both owner and buyer to have their interest secured??
