Anggun semi-d were sold at 4++ and are now almost double in price in 3 years. i dont think people can make a lot of money from instant turn around but give it a good 4-5 years and i do believe you will see big returns. many people have the thinking that leasehold land is a waste of money and kl/selayang are mostly leasehold development and they also feel rawang is to far, but this perception is changing fast. once rawang is developed the roads and faster tracking highways will come. and the north south highway is always there you will be in kl in 30 mins. Ive lived in rawang my whole life and seen it grow from jungle to what it is now and what its going to be in the future. wow this msg is long... |
