I went there 2 weeks ago.
MR1 got unit from 650k freehold.
MR2 unit start at 458k leasehold.

We hv to look at the price point before saying leasehold is bad. For me, I choose MR2. The call is yours. No right or wrong.

I just sold a leasehold condo in pj last 2 mth. Price appreciated 57% during the 3 yrs contruction. Buyer paid the booking without looking at actual unit. Young generation now all prefer new prop.

20x65 built up is 1885sf.

Can check it online. Benefit of that extra 2 ft is easier to park 2 cars side by side.

i wonder the rebate still applicable for MR1 and MR2... since the government prohibited it... everything must be in nett selling price right?... so the buyer need to fork out more now... correct me if i'm wrong.
