Guys, what is mean for "driveway" as stated in S&P will be stamped concrete same like car porch?

I check with MS salesman but their answer a bit blur, cannot understand.....
I think MS salesman don't have enough training, they don't know what product they are selling

The road heading from M Residence to AEON is only single lane per way, yesterday when I was going to the site, I did not notice there is any development on expanding to two lanes. My thought is the township overall is good, however the access road is very terrible especially the Jalan Batu Arang, it really need to be expanded to at least 2 lanes per direction.

Guessing, Emerald Gardens would have similar fencing, but if it is for 5' height, we think it is a bit too low.

If they insist to have 5' height, at least have an additional side of 1' horizontally on the top, to prevent climbing over.

Not necessary by owner the developer also can apply TOL. And build the guide house. Is their responsibility since their promised as gng. Owner difficult to apply as u need a survey to apply for TOL and architect and engineer to apply for construction of the guard house. Better ask MR to settle this
