Ya. The sale team must do more. Went to sg few round. After we book the house. They not entertain us any more. 

I concur with ur tat MS just want to deliver a so so product only. May be they think this area is a bit out skirt and the purchaser is deserve for this kind of quality. For other prime area i dont think they dare to do this. This vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif Not fare for all the purchasers as we paid premium for the house as we believe ms.

There a lot of development nearby tat have the following:
1. Price range RM200+k - 300k +; cheaper
2. Location wise Emerald is better, mature township and better accessibilty
3. Perhap better "quality" ( if no improvement done)

So why we decided to buy at MR.??

Because we belief tat MS will bring a whole new concept here!! With
1. Proper gated & guarded - tat we feel comfortable
2. Grant entrance & Signature signage - tat we can proud of even before our freind reach our home.
3. Proper landscaping - tat made MS & us different from others
4. Proper facility & club house as promised in the brochure

I hope MS will not fail us.

i think Driveway should be the area from the fencing to the carporch.

Ya. The road should upgrade to up the junction. However, no sign of upgrading after the bridge. Any one has any idea about this?

Yes, follow the main road in front of MR until the end. U will see a crusher run road there. Heard that this is the road to be connected to Latar. The crusher run was there for years. No sign of upgrading of the road.

This type of security fencing is Ok. Depend on how close the vertical bar is placed. Wat shown in the photo is the type tat shoe cannot go in. The "true" security type the bar is close enough to prevent the finger to go in.
Sure MR is going to provide the "economy type".
