Garden height 20 x 75 not bad. With similar price tag and low entry cost except FH and LH. Design wise garden height phase 5 is better in terms of space and facade.
So MR1 18 x 70 subsale still good? |

When they to visit my fren. After coming out from rawang toll, the project of the flyover completed. Now seems like going to beautify the roadside with treee etc.
Mr1 guard house not ready yet. Went in by hello to the guard. And the house and density seems very low and good for own stay. The only think I don't like is the bump. It is too high, hope owner here can feedback this issue to mah sing. (Toyota altis with 2 ppl in front and back) ... ouch.. pain |
