Don't be alarmed, purchasers are entitled to 18 months defect liability period.
Just make sure you exercise this entitlement to the max.

Lowyat Group mentioned that Bandar Tasik Puteri township is matured enough for further commercial activities, probably because of the BTP interchange. They are in talk with universities and malls and they will announce once firmed. PETRONAS already up, Caltex and Shell will be next as they have already acquired the land beside BTP grand entrance. Lowyat has also started G&G and clubhouse concept in BTP, their first currently is Acasia.

Recently in newspaper, an owner of 3mil landed house got bad leaking problems. She did not submit claim during warranty period, so developer don't want to fix. Eventually she went through court and she managed to get compensation after she fixed those on her own.

Sg Buaya 1st phase was built in 1996. They were promised interchange at PLUS for easy access once the entire township completed. However during economic recess in 1997-1998, the developer halted and township become half-constructed (the developer actually went bankrupt in 2009). That's why it becomes dead silent. But the land beside the Sg Buaya interchange itself has high potential if a new township is developed there. Heard that its owned by WCT (Bukit Tinggi, Klang developer).

Talk about mall and university maybe too early, undeniably their township is good, with clubhouse and golfclub, but I wish to see something BIG here, do something like Rimbayu IJM or better, or minimum at least like MKH Hillpark.

Currently, my parent wanna sell at RM250k also very difficult... So my statement maybe a bit bias, but mahsing... they like to build hse "far" from city, and claim x min to city, freehold, then sell high.

i could feel ur sentiment. but bdr sg buaya is different with this part of rawang. Many think Rawang = Bkt Beruntung or Bdr Sg. Buaya or Bkt Sentosa. Although it bear Rawang name, it doesn't represent entire rawang. Simple comparison is Puchong. Puchong Bdr Kinrara is different location with Bdr Bkt Puchong even though both bear same name as Puchong.

I believe now the accessibility is better with the opening of NSE exit to Bdr. Sg. Buaya. Going to P2 Factory is much easy.
