At the moment,
Phase 1 from rm500k onwards
Phase 2 & 3 from 650k onwards
Phase 4 (units fr mah sing) from rm71xk after 5% rebate, free SPA and stamping

Last transacted unit for phase 1 in Dec 2013 was rm490k

Why Phase1 22x80 sell RM650k? Loan Agreement Stamp Duty + Interest during construction period + Lock-in period penalty 2~3% + RPGT 30% + Agent fee 2% + S&P almost RM80k already shocking.gif shocking.gif

Phase 1 got 22x80. The price was 600k after discount oct last year. I think tmm is right, plus all misc fees 650k is not making profit. Perhaps those are leftover unit direct from developer, not subsale.

I Bought leftover unit of phase 1..signed s&p at mid of march 2014.. 650k for 22x80..
