Rumour saying the Chinese Independence Secondary school Confucius will be relocated here.

MR2 first launch was 408K nett 1 year ago, double story 20 x 65' linked house. proper stratat titled guarded and gated, with club house, school, commercial shoplot and natural lakes within the development itself. I think it was reasonably priced. You can't get the same price in anywhere else with the similar concept. Pls enlighten me if u find any.

A place at Green Hill in Kota Kemuning area have similar but no club house. We there recently, nice but no brochures.

Actually the distance from KLCC to rawang is bat the same as KLCC to Shah Alam... it feels far as there is less development along the roads - that is why developers are seeing the potential there.

He rather kemuning than rawang but both distance also not near to kl. I also want to stay at hartamas/mk landed but affordability is the issue ma. For the current 500k+ even new condo in setapak also not easy to get let alone landed.

Those who has never been in this part of Rawang usually will get cultural shocks. That is why i asked him to quote a comparable development to beat MR1 and MR2, in terms of pricing and township, concept, masterplan development, he can't quote any convincing example. As you said, one must be reasonable and compared apple to apple, you cannot have MK landed at Rawang Price.

I worked offshore, and I like the environment and I choose landed over condo. I will get married soon. Since I work offshore, I prefer a GnG environment where my family can stay safely. And I love gardening too. I never think of amenities (schools/broadband and clinics) since it is not important for now. It will all come by when the time is right. It will take another couple of years to be build. They are working on widening the road. There is no right or wrong in buying which house you want. As long as you like it. I know some people like high floors at condo. I personally like landed.

People say far, I drive from launch area to Saujana Puchong takes me 45 minutes, moreover with heavy traffic near IOI...

Hi all, i already pay the booking fee for M2. now have to submit my document to bank 1. any bank is good service 2. currently any loan easy to approve

Yesterday's visit:
2 units SemiD still available - 1 corner unit, 1 facing T junction. Price has reached above 1mil.
Last rows of Phase 4 22x80 DSL had been opened, so many units especially facing field still available. Price now is 750k. Its getting harder to sell at this price.
Wow... so expensive for DSL at this location. It better be good. How can they increase price when the infrastructure still not complete. Recently appeared in Chinese newspaper saying although the flyover at toll junction has been opened (partially), the road is still badly jammed due to bottleneck.
