Which block are you guys in?

Another thing, did you all know that the parking will be in 1 front 1 back instead of side by side? That means it will be "first in last out" kind of situation

Should be signed on the spot after explanation by lawyer...the S&P shall follow the standard format HDA Schedule H which is quite safe. Beside, you shall sign another deed of mutual covenant which we shall keep the eye big big, becoz it is varied by different condo. Anyone who signed already mind sharing the content/doubt?

i did signed, after lawyer was explained those important clauses....took me 2 hours to finish.
well, it just a standard format....we have to sign on the spot in front of developer witness too...
only 1 thing i concern, they had applied to tnb for the electricity charges on residential building charges, now still pending confirmation from tnb.

Really? Mine is above 20th floor Block B. Wonder which car park level I'm getting. Honestly I never like tandem car parks. Thought of buying another. But I recalled the SA telling me back then there isn't any extra car park for sale.

not sure. Js the sales person told me that. Mine is 25th floor, if my car park still at 2nd floor above, then i really dislike it.

Sorry do not mean to annoy you but let say you are indeed allocated with park lot which you don't like, is there anything can be done about it ? I supposed you haven't sign S&P, would you go to the extent of canceling it ? Perhaps use under table money to buy a better location ?
