Base on the MRT2 DEIA Report, The Leafz (KLCC view) & Central Residence are locations anticipated to exceed the recommended noise limits from MRT. However noise barriers to be installed.

but if no install barrier then those unit no one can bear the sound lo .. but for now dunno which direction they gonna install yet ...

The sound barrier is actually install on the mrt track itself but not the unit. And it's cover the left and right of the track you can Google to see the image

Do you mean noise problem from bad to worse?
BTW it will affect the KLCC views units more, you still can sell BKT jalil views unit.
