Just got a call from PBB, the management had changed the package due to The Leafz is commercial title, theu will only approve for 80% with same condition: 1 year -2.5% 2 & 3 year -2.45% subsequest -2.4% MRTA compulsary For those got the offer of 90%, they are only verbally confirm so the final offer is only 80%!!!!! I just got the call from MBB today, and will get the LO of 90% with -2.4%, it's our 2nd house....and i was submitted to them last week. so guys, just give a try with other banks if u can't get 90% from the one u submitted.

i did signed, after lawyer was explained those important clauses....took me 2 hours to finish. well, it just a standard format....we have to sign on the spot in front of developer witness too... only 1 thing i concern, they had applied to tnb for the electricity charges on residential building charges, now still pending confirmation from tnb.
