My friend got offer from CIMB 90% but the terms are scarey,
CIMB want my friend to commit in the event of default the bank have the right to access to his ,savings,fixed deposit and his company account with CIMB, which I find weird is CIMB want to lockup his company account together , his company have other directors and dont have interest in his property, is it the same for other banks kindly advise |

I called the sales office.they said they will ready the S&P within this 3 weeks. And tower C will be sign 1st. Dunno it is right??
