Which bank(s) u have applied ? Local banks might be slower, try foreign banks like HSBC/UOB/OCBC.

anyone sign LO for loans? what about S&P?

HSBC just approved 90% loan after an appeal from 80%.

HongLeong approved 85%, in process to appeal for 90%

Maybank result coming out tomorrow!

I have signed the LO ady. But haven't sign the S&P. Waiting they call me to sign.

Bro. Normally more than 5 days if very fast approval. Somemore, now everyone BBB and couple with so many holiday, it may take 2 weeks or even up to 3 weeks if u r commitment not low. All banks are having headache how to tackle the new stupid BNM guidelines.

SPA signing should be after CNY gua. Nice time should be early Feb.

Yours was BLR-2.4% whole tenure? I thought i read in earlier posts that HSBC first 2-3 years is BLR-2.4% and thereafter -2.45%?? Or maybe they do not have standard rates for TL and it is case to case basis.
