Hehe you are repeated customers mah, sure they give good rates, i try to appeal with HSBC a few times to get your rate dy, but still cant so try to with others see can get -2.45 or not. And i got a quite interesting offer here, from alliance bank which offer -2.4 but their monthly maintenance cost is FOC, so still waiting for others bank appeal to come back.....................as other offer is as below;

public bank- -2.5 1st year, -2.45 2nd year & -2.4 whole tenure
Hong Leong- same with public bank

Perhaps i got the special rates becoz of that. Well, Alliance bank offers 2.4 is actually with condition applied as u need to take MRTA or apply credit card otherwise it will be 2.3 only. Same goes with PBB as MRTA is compulsory. No idea about HLB.

I got offer from alliance -2.4 without mrta and any additional items woh, same thg for hong Leong without mrta, but only public bank requires mrta so far

Hi all sifu here, I got the LO from Ambank already. 90% financing margin with BLR -2.4 with MRTA. However I still wanna wait for HSBC and Alliance to see if I can get better offer. Wanna know if it is possible if I don't sign the LO with any bank soon, they can withdraw the offer? According to the Ambank banker I dealt with, that is the case. Is this a norm or just a taunt?

ya i think the loan offer has certain validity period, example 2 weeks.

Congra, what is the lock in period? 3 years? Normally there is a period of validity stated on the LO.

Not related directly. Since this Desa Mentari condo is at old klang road and the nearest police station is just 5km away, but the ganagsters still brave to make issue. Just share the concern of the security. For security, we cannot fully depend on the police and we need a good security. Personally I hope TL's security can be very tight with CCTV monitoring that gangsters cannot come in and make issue easily.
