Well hope the developer don't cut corners and deliver quality development , in terms of quality furnishing,fittings, plumbing, leaking in future,landscape,security and management operation, this are the problems faced by most of the new condo and apartments where developers don't deliver as promised.

Make sure and get this documented , its the developers responsibility to convert from commercial to residential failing which you end up paying huge amount in utility bill in future and also request the developer provide 5 years warranty for water proofing if you don't demand this now you end up paying a bom for leaking which is common problem in condos, developer providing 2 years only not acceptable vmad.gif mad.gif vmad.gif icon_question.gif rclxub.gif doh.gif sweat.gif cry.gif sad.gif notworthy.gif

Any idea hw many units left? Last I heard was 2 small units. Consider a successful project as I heard other new condos still have quite alot vacant units

mayb u went after me.. when i was there left 3.. now 2 ...
seems they sold 1 more unit after i left..

yes.. loan reject unit also hard to get.. once AP out, most likely most of them adi sign snp liao..

Yes.. I ask him "I really really interested, do you have a bigger unit?" he say he cant provide anymore, waiting list is long..
it has passed a month.. no one call me for any drop out unit..

Location is strategic.. If they wanna play sticker game, they should had convinced me to leave my contact with them, but they did not, I left my contact voluntarily..

you may try the same trick and see they call you back or not..

Hi, I know you are very negative about this project and maybe you are positive about some other project you are a part off or you just trying hard to get a unit here..
Can you share to us here some proof/facts/rumours of your negativity that we should be concerned about?
Otherwise, what is the use of a one sentence comment that leads nowhere?

maintenance cost 0.25 izit abit higher? coz its not provide alot of facilities ....eg, do not hav tennis, squash, badminton and etc...
