Somore we still have to pay for the monthly maintenance fees during their fixture and fittings period....sigh

They told when I was signed S&P last Sunday...only free for 3 months, so if let say their fix n fit is more than 3mths, eventhough v canot move in..still have to pay for it.

maintenance cost 0.25 izit abit higher? coz its not provide alot of facilities ....eg, do not hav tennis, squash, badminton and etc...

badminton is very basic one~~~hmm~~~izit tower A&B has the same maintenance cost with Tower C? If so, then rili unfair to Tower C residence coz as I knw there is some facilities, garden or playground which Tower C do not have. Izit mean that Tower C is sharing the cost wit A&B but not enjoying for the failities??? I'm wondering it....hmm...

Did anyone financed by MayBank? Did they charge you for Fire insurance? I have call to Maybank and the staff said that it would be refunded if we can provide them a formal letter isuued by developer granted that developer has already purchased for the fire insurance. I have confirm with the developer, they said fire insurance has been covered by them, therefore we could ask for refund from maybank. I already request developer to issue such letter, however, until today no replied by the developer regarding the issuance of the letter(1month ago). Sigh~~~
