CIMB Debit MasterCard annual fee increased from RM8.00 to RM15.00 wef 28 Aug 2013.

I believe the other banks will follow suit...

They forced to charge less in IBG, so now they want to compensate back by increase the annual fee.

Anyone here know if the CIMB MasterCard Debit Card can be used for online transaction?

Hello..I bought something online using Maybank Debit Card. Pre-auth debit was charged.

However, the seller told me later that the item is out of stock and gave me a refund. This was on 19/20th August.

I'm just wondering how long does it take for Maybank to refund me my payment?

Also, I'm wondering if in the event that the seller did not tell Maybank to refund me but at the same time also does not tell Maybank to settle my payment, Maybank will cancel the pre-auth hold on my funds right? How long does this normally take?

i have this with air asia saver just for its high interest of 1.2% pa.
Guess I will need switch my saving back to m2u saver-i then.
but still need to keep this until my auto debit for DIGI end (12 months rm5 rebate)

depend on the minimum balanced they require you to keep. if minimum balance is rm1, you can withdraw up to rm249 just after you open the account
