I think about 15 Pre-authorization holding days for Hotel & 3-5 days for Petrol Plumbing because checked with bank before smile.gif
I had accidentally swipe my debit card when the plumb was out of petrol at petrol station & the bank hold-up the pre-authorization amount up to
1 month before... I learn my lesson from that...loh sweat.gif

Yes,
In maybank2u page click on the Cards section, on right bottom u see MSOS & have click on it (for your Reference)

U MUST Register as maybank2U User 1st

1) U must go to maybank ATM, main menu select maybank2U Services

2) Select Maybank2U Application

3) Key in your own 6 digit Maybank2u.com PIN (new PIN), NOT your Debit Card PIN

4) Key in same pin to Confirm & for the Secuirity reasons your pin Won't be print on the receipt just blank paper

5) Remember the PIN, used it for 1st time log in www.maybank2u

6) After U have finished register as maybank2u user, go to maybank2u again to register your Debit Card for Online Purchase
click on Maybank Secure Online Shopping Registration. select "Utilities" funtion

& Fil in your Card no., Password, etc...after that submit it a Successful registration notification will appear once registration is successful & Complete

Now u can use your Debit Card for Online Shopping

Call Maybank CS at 1300886688 to (Re)Activate your Maybank2u online banking services.... if You x use (inactive) in 3 month times usually it will blocked by bank Or go to bank to Activate your Saving account after you Not using it for a year long... sweat.gif

I think You need to Activate Your New Card before U can Use It , becoz is an Inactive. Card.. nod.gif
they separately sent out Pin to You for New Card... blink.gif
or Not better go to branch to Reset (obtain) Your New PIN

Prior to the Expiry Date, You will be reminded to renew Your Debit Card through the ATM.
Yes, You Need to visit the Maybank Branches to obtain Your Replacement Card(with online activation) Instantly ... nod.gif

One More Thing, I think they allow You to keep your Old Card Number (your lucky No.)... tongue.gif
but you also need to go there to inform Them, the bank will sent You the Replacement with your lucky no. on by Post or Collect it from the Branch Later... wink.gif
