probably a zoom-type one? although i'd prefer if they can produce one with even larger max focal length (like the 45-200mm tele lens). will be easier to to take animal pictures from a distance smile.gif

i use it mainly for portraits of coz...
but other than that...basically everything else...
it's like my multipurpose lense...
bcoz i hate the normal zoom that goes from 24mm to 70mm....
dun ask me why...i dunno...
but i just dun like standard FOV...
i prefer short tele's FOV... biggrin.gif

I pre ordered this camera after reading its review, seems pretty good and this will be my replacement for LX5. LX5 underwater is awesome, but with this M5, is so much better as the image stabilizing and the Low Light capturing is perfect for my Wide Angle or Macro.....

I haven't tested underwater as Olympus Delayed their UW casing.....sigh

See sample below just to demonstrate the bokeh capability of the 45mm taken with Olympus E-P2 using 45mm at f1.8, ISO200, 1/500 shutter speed.

every type of lens will have it's own "signature" or "behaviour" even at same focal length and aperture. what 'diff' are you referring to in this case?

btw, those 2 you mention are manual focus lenses?
