Actually ive kept edittng to the minimal thus what u see is almost purely from the OMD
*
eyah i agree. the ooc jpeg from omd is a bit washed out at times. happens to me all the time. im too lazy to use the art filters or post editing.

Guys, I wa thinking, would it b justifiable n more practical to have an OMD EM5 thread on its own? We r flooding the m43 thread.

Hi all,

I'm new to m4/3, never used before - all these while only PnS, S95 & LX5. Thinking now to dip my toes into m4/3 world, and since I'm new - I was looking around, doing some research and would like to see some opinions from guru here... between the new GF3 with 14mm/f2.5 pancake and an older GF1 with 20mm/f1.7 which would you recommend?

I don't think I need zoom and I prefer to have a smaller camera instead of big huge 14-42mm lens, that's why I'm looking for pancake. Also I think I take more indoor photos than outdoors, hence I'm moving towards the 20mm plus I've heard this lens is really really good.

Any users of GF1/20mm and GF3/14mm care to advise?

Thanks!!!

Yes budget limitation because I'm new to m4/3 so don't want to spend $$ in this. Thought of looking for a good 2nd hand GF1 with 20mm to give it a try, worst case don't like I can sell it...
