Some pics to share. This are the pics after the service done at a authorised service ctr in Jln Genting Klang last week.
I complain about the car jerking when I reversed or move foward. I told them it mustab the transmission problem. Inform him the people complain in this thread and other forums that the rust on it due to the leakage from the battery. I ask them to check it and replace the transmission / battery / whatever parts faulty. Dump this trash car there for a few days and ask them to sent to HQ for inspection. Do u what to know what the SA told me during my visit to collect the car? NO PROBLEM, OK.. I asked twice.. same reply I inspected my car conditions, the on changes I saw was the the pipes to the radiator changed (Sure tukar 1 because I received the love letter from the HQ like some of the alza owners here) and the part right under the battery which they just clean it up. (Refer to PIC7) Changed the shitty brake pads and ask them to anti rust the undercarriage and engine part. I start the car and put to reverse gear from P AND...YES! its the same result. I was pissed off, but I didnt shoot a single complain about it. I KNOW that this isnt the FIRST time these clowns receive complain for this matter. What the point for me to get angry? I wonder where the hell they ronda ronda with my car for past 5days? My initial millage before the service was 183KM. It was 72KM went I collect the car, where they go and did to my car god knows! U pergi the HQ pun dun nid 100KM termasuk testing! I gona bawa my car to Perodua Service and Parts centre to fix this shit! I waste alot of my resources to post this. I pray that the car will not have other serious issues eg. flying spare tyre! SIGH... PIC1 - The rust ![]() PIC2 - The rust ZOOM in.. ![]() PIC3 - They did something to my battery. I lost all my preset radio stations after the service. ![]() PIC4 - The bugger placed the bar to closed to the battery cover. I cant fill the battery because the cover cant open! ![]() PIC5 ![]() PIC6 ![]() PIC7 ![]() PIC8 - Radiator Pic ![]() |

Teruk.. should have taken one that is before and then these are after. We should spread these like crazy until P2 does something serious for once in their life. Otherwise they seem to become another Proton after time.

Otherwise they seem to become another Proton after time. They BECAME proton ever since their successful first-gen MyVi... since then quantity is their priority, not quality...Tomorrow I'll be sending my Alza to Rawang SC to follow up on the engine and air-cond jerking issue... If these problems are still not rectified, then I'll contemplate selling it off and resurrect my sister's old MyVi since it's been collecting dust for months... |

Hi Folks,
i just got my Alza Advance Version 3 weeks ago. so far so good, not much of an issues except some rattling issues which i managed to solve on my own half a day. i wanna say my point here, almost any new cars, new production have rattling issue, from expensive Audi to VW or even BMW or Mercedes..all have rattling issues. Just type 'Pillar B rattling' in google search and you will be show thousand of links to many car models with rattling problem especially at pillar B. If you wish to resolve pillar B rattling noise which P2 SC cannot resolve, please let me know so we can organize a TT session and show you all how to solve it. it is easy and cost less than 20 bucks. There are 5 areas which causes rattling sound around pillar B. Added on June 20, 2012, 11:29 amalso i wish to add, the steering rack issue. During the first day i got my ride, i found the streering on my ride is different from the previous batch. The rusted area found in previous batch is heavily coated with chrome in my ride. Thumbs up to P2 for upgrading the steering rack coating. :-) This post has been edited by Delloyd79: Jun 20 2012, 11:29 AM |

My driver side quarter window is a disaster when it comes to wind noise.... replaced twice, and even have the so-called weather strip install... still noisy... That spare tyre torpedo... you got solution...? no offense to you, but used car of course got rattling sound - they're USED, even my colleague's 6-month old Honda Insight which is supposedly CBU from Japan has rattling sound inside the dashboard.... but Alza is different... from day one already got rattling sound and it drives like a 10-year old Kenari... You have solution for that stupid rough steering feel on Alza...? My sis' 4-year-old bruised and battered MyVi still feels and drives better on the steering itself than my piece of junk which has been babysitting too often in P2 SC... |

Yes, there are solution to it. mine only produce wind noise after 120kmj which i find it normal. Spare tyre torpedo, i cannot take your words granted for this matter and generalize it. unless you can produce 100 same case, then we both can bring this matter to media. About rattling, obviously you do not understand why car components rattle and causes noise. rattling do not occur on condition such as brand new or used. they rattle due to reason. and my solution is based on my own experiences when restoring used cars to almost as close to new. Steering wheel rough? that is very subjective to individual, smooth or rough is hard to determine base on personal expectation same like wind noise. you think you have steering wheel rough issue, you can always visit Subang Jaya Service center, just behind Summit USJ. The thing you need to learn is how to control your emotion, study the problem and identify the root of causes. After that you can DIY or send to service center and tell them your problem. i am here to help on rattling issue. Losing your cannon and blasting without solution, it is equal to Zero conversation. Sometimes it is good to learn from Mat salleh, they dun go bark around when other failed to help them, they find time and help them self when noone else can help them. |

Do we need to reproduce 100 spare tyre killings as well? How do we get the participants? We advertise: "Do you feel like dying today?"
Rattling, noise, etc.. won't cause death. If one day your spare tyre really do fly off, injured or killed someone, please think of the explanation and how you may convey your condolences to the victim/family. Or we should just use the low moral way: It is --> P2's fault. I don't know anything. |
