I hate the pads! I spend almost 10mins just to wash em, cant imagine if they install rear disc brakes.. that will be like 20mins of scrubing of the wheels!

Mine year 2011, I encounter such prob regardless of the weather condition. It also happens when i reverse the car. I really had to step down the brake pedal hard.

I can tolerate prob such as wind noise, but things like crappy disc brakes and faulty gear box is serious shit..the last thing i dont want is a flyin spare tyre!

Hi all, i have 2 questions.

any1 here had their battery replaced because of leakage?
I read the prob in this forum; the water drip to the transmission part and caused it to rust.
I plan to complain that to the SA on my next service. Theres some brown color stains / rust on it in my car.

2nd, any1 here install the voltage stabilizer to the car? I saw one forumer sellin it and I was wundering how the car response after the upgrade.

i guess i had to research more bout the VS.
I do have this prob ( and I think many here do as well ).
-The car jerks fwd / backwards each pagi after gear changes. The prob alwiz happen in the morning.
-The car will sometimes wobble / goyangx3 a lil' (eg. stopped at traffic light ) during the mornings.

i wunder wat goin on..

PS. i did told the SA bout this thread, i hope he reads all the wonderful comments bout tis car

next 1 will be my final free service.

I had tat experience in d pagi. Example, u stuck in a jam or wait at traffic the car wil shake a lil'. This happens wit / wout air con.

Any info bout tis matter?
I hope they dont nid d car stay at ctr for testing, i dont have a spare car.

Sigh.. this car is my 1st P2 car.
I ingat nak tukar badge since i drive P1 a long time. I pray dont get more prob after the service.
Better save up for the stupid repairs than to lower my ride or pasang ultra racing bars.
I saw 1 lowered alza and it looked cool in every angle..damn!

I complain about the car jerking when I reversed or move foward. I told them it mustab the transmission problem.
Inform him the people complain in this thread and other forums that the rust on it due to the leakage from the battery.
I ask them to check it and replace the transmission / battery / whatever parts faulty.
Dump this trash car there for a few days and ask them to sent to HQ for inspection.

Do u what to know what the SA told me during my visit to collect the car?

NO PROBLEM, OK.. I asked twice.. same reply

I inspected my car conditions, the on changes I saw was the the pipes to the radiator changed (Sure tukar 1 because I received the love letter from the HQ like some of the alza owners here) and the part right under the battery which they just clean it up. (Refer to PIC7)

Changed the shitty brake pads and ask them to anti rust the undercarriage and engine part.

I start the car and put to reverse gear from P AND...YES! its the same result.

I was pissed off, but I didnt shoot a single complain about it. I KNOW that this isnt the FIRST time these clowns receive complain for this matter. What the point for me to get angry?

I wonder where the hell they ronda ronda with my car for past 5days? My initial millage before the service was 183KM. It was 72KM went I collect the car, where they go and did to my car god knows! U pergi the HQ pun dun nid 100KM termasuk testing!

I gona bawa my car to Perodua Service and Parts centre to fix this shit! I waste alot of my resources to post this.
I pray that the car will not have other serious issues eg. flying spare tyre!

This is my 1st P2 car and I have 2 endure the shitty quality.
I ingat P1 had lousy product and after-sales, but P2 is even worse!

I went to P2 2S ctr in Segambut this week.
The lady SA was WAY good than the ones in the Genting Klang authorised ctr. Very professional, she acknowledged the gearbox problem and gave good advises / explaination.
I sure visit em again to rectify my gearbox prob.
I guess its TRUE that most AUTHORISED service ctrs had lousy staffs compared to 2S ctrs for the info I had.
The staffs at Genting Klang should learn from the Segambut pips!

I got my gearbox changed about a month ago, and i say the car is much better than before.
I gona write a letter to praise the people at Peroduo Sevice ctr and taruk the authorised ctr end of this month!

I went to genting with this car with 4 adults on board (no luggage and no air cond).
The car struggled to reach the top. Damn!
