I believe those who have booked for golf course view and forest view will be benefit from this development. I think this is the selling point, but definitely not for the elevated highway.

If Duet sale reaches 50% within 2 weeks, then I can says that TZ is worth 430/sf at least.

Nice.. the cantilever balcony can enjoy view 180^ reminds me of romeo & juliet. The toilet really see thro glass ?

True. No other developer giving such spacious balcony, as they merely wanted to maximize the built-up area.
It would be a waste if no balcony, for having such a great scenic view of the entire Kinrara golf club.

As for the interior design, they are merely for illustration purpose.
Master bedroom has one independent bathroom.
Whereas room2 and room3 shares 1 bathroom.
Only the furnished kitchen cabinet are included.

Kindly noticed that the both the dry kitchen and wet kitchen is near the foyer (entrance).
New open concept, like studio.
All units are corner units.
5 units each floor.
Got corner window.
Window is till floor height.

Nope. 1st time developer.
This developer bought the land from an individual owner.
Now land encumbrance under UOB.

Totally not associated to I&P.
I&P upcoming project is near giant. That is at least 550 per sqft.

This duet project is between hening and melody terraced neighborhood.
No discount.
Not even launched.
Already selling like hot cakes.
