The price of new condo development is getting more and more expensive. Really getting ridiculous and out of control.

yes the skip highway may be the major show-stopper.
but for rm500 psf, it's not expensive as cost of building materials have gone up so high. the best proposition is that bandar kinrara only has the zest (rm460 psf) so far & no other condos around. combined, it's still less than 1k units to cater for the growing gen x/young families in puchong. condo around me, 4 is facing highway.. @kelana jaya [mahkota, sterling, zenith, putera] all ok ah.. got problem meh lol.. but of cource, the condo i stated have good location |

Let said the price is Rm500 per sqft. Then, Zest without air-con and furnished should selling in lower price RM460 sqft. What is add-on for Zest is dun need to wait for another 3 more years to stay.
