Yup, if the bigger condo units ones, better pay a bit more to get the landed in the same area. The 500K ones, can get leasehold in BK6 or freehold in BK5 wink.gif

First Tower consists of 23 storeys, 5 units per floor with total 113 units only . Each units is corner lot. This is low density high end luxury condominium that consists of 3 types of build up:
1. ~1100sf - from RM550,000 (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms)
2. ~1300sf - from RM650,000 (3+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms)
3. ~1500sf - from RM750,000 (3+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms)

I went to the office end of last year to view this. That time still without the price chart. I think the sales is not moving as fast as expected.

Not much appreciation for DR since its pre-launched 1 year ago. Previously it was around 500psf but with not many freebies.

Selling for almost 2 years but still got many units left based on KPKT website. But suprisingly there are 4 foreign buyers. Wonder also why the slow sales hmm.gif
