I believe those who have booked for golf course view and forest view will be benefit from this development. I think this is the selling point, but definitely not for the elevated highway.

I knew a place at Sri Rampai, KL. The landed double storey is building on top of a "Dead" sewerage treatment plant. The house is still ok with no complaint of the smell. What the developer has done is to cover that will concrete slab on top and seal the smell I presumed. Still looking good now.

I wonder what impact will cause to Hening and Melodi Residents since there is duet residence in the middle? Pro & cons? Can someone share his thought?

I saw other thread saying bandar kinrara landed has been optimize, this will generate higher prices? Even for duet?
