How near i am not sure. This is a good question. I will get back to you on this.
But bear in mind, this sewerage plant is like 1 story high.
You can barely see its roof. Moreover, this is an new enhanced v2.0 of sewerage where there is no "odor".
We can go for a drive on-site, got smell i buy you drink, no smell you buy me. Deal?

Again as i have said, the approximate distance, this i will clarify.
But again, i want to highlight the residence is built upon on 4 story of car park.
So if you are living in a high-rise, do you look at view at 10 degree from your balcony @ at least 30 degree?
In short, do you look down? Or you look forward?

Definitely forward towards the forest / pool or golf view.
Hence, the 1 story v2.0 sewerage plant is barely visible, unless you try to strain your eyes to view it.
