yea i think for condo, u are still given the chance to choose the unit facing away from highway .. it doesnt seem to bother too much for a condo .. but i stand to be corrected ..
Ya lo, jus pick facing pool or facing inner taman 50' road where there is no chan highway will cut thro. If X2 can sell at $0.5m above, no problemo for duet, the location compensates for the size. Biased but honestly speaking tz is more attractive at 450k due to inflation factor (not yet bringing in other + factors yet) as advocated by covillea would Zest be more attractive considering the price is 400psf thereabout ?
